Social Purpose Statement
As a social enterprise providing consultancy services our overarching social aim is to drive positive social impact through community wealth building. Increasing Fair Work and developing local labour market that support the prosperity and wellbeing of communities.
Through our activities, we aim to promote social justice, equity, and inclusion by working with public sector organisations to develop and implement solutions that address systemic social and economic challenges.
We look to support our clients as they embed Fair Work principles, promoting the payment of the real Living Wage; recruiting locally, from groups who face inequalities and are furthest from the labour market; and promoting work that is secure, provides flexible working and training opportunities and supports the workforce to have an effective voice.
We believe that by prioritising social impact over profit, we can make a positive difference in our communities and contribute to the broader goal of creating a more sustainable and inclusive economy.
